How did I get into Instructional Design?

In 2015, I started working as a language teacher for German and English in China, where developed a strong foundation in learning theory, curriculum development, and classroom management. After leading a newly established private school from 2018 to 2020, I developed not just the strategy for the digital learning experience for our pupils but also transitioned into instructional design, driven by a desire to create impactful learning experiences. My journey has taken me from working all over China to my current position at Migros in Switzerland, where I work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop interactive, innovative eLearnings and job aids.
